Sectionals and State

So, as you already know, I am a competitive swimmer. I have just recently finished sectionals and state- which was very exciting. I won my event at sectionals-which was expected, but at state, I placed fourth- and improvement from my seed time. According to my coach, I was the fastest swimmer in the pool- i just need to work on my pull outs and starts. Hopefully after that, I can be the state champion. HE also said that if I believe in myself, then I could be the first (in my state) girl swimmer to break the 1 min. mark (for my event). I have kept swimming and will attend the boys sectionals tonight and their state next weekend. Sorry to all of you who have no idea of what i am talking about.

Pirates

I have very strange dreams and last night was just...strange. So I was with my sister and everything was fine until we were both kidnappped by pirates! I didn't know they were pirates until they started asking us where the treasure was, the gold we had buried somewhere?!? who knew we had that. One guy (about my age and very cute as the cheerleaders would say) had cold hard eyes and snapped his fingures when i wouldn't speak. My lil sis disappeared and had just laughed and disappeared 2! I ran away and ended up on a ship. Then the next thing I remeber is being in a new car from the future. Sis was in the drivers seat, i was in the middle and some other guy(he was nice trying to save us and showed me how to drive the car) in the passengers seat. I said, "She can't possibly drive. Its (cant say her name)." He said, "She won't, but you will." and the wheel of the car(stearing) moved across the dashboard and ended up in the center where I sat. It was so cool! It was like flying a oneseater plane with two people on either side of you. Thats all I can remember, but it was very strange.

Swimming.....

I forgot to add that I will be heading off the Colorado Springs this summer!! I get to train at the Olympic training center there for a week with two of my other teammates...its some type of a camp for fast swimmers. I only qualify as being fast with only one stroke basically. ~StarBright

Oh My Gosh!!!! Hell Week is officially over!!! State is February 14....almost there. I am sick and tired of all this swimming, but in the end I will love it!! I am sooo wierd about it all. Hate it, yet Love it:) Love ya'll! ~StarBright

New Year

Can anyone else believe that it is already 2009! Wow, this year went by fast! Lets look at some highlights!:)

• Olympics- Michael Phelps wins 8 Golds
• I drop a lot of time with my own swimming
• I get to hang out with StarBright and Starlight 4 times instead of 3
